Nerve Centre

The "Piazza Festivo" really is the central nervous system of the Music Festival. All participants should check in in this reception area. They will get an information folder with useful festival information about accommodation, reserved meals, the musical programme, the complete festival schedule etc.

Hosts and hostesses

Most foreign groups can count on their own host or hostess during their stay in Neerpelt. These young people accompany the groups during the whole festival and provide optimal communication and make sure the festival programme will be completed flawlessly.

Programme

Every participant receives a programme and festival mark upon check in.

Group Photo

Furthermore, this will be the perfect occasion for a group photo of each group. The ideal start: what is a better memento of our festival than a beautiful, surprising group picture?

Print Shop

Afterwards, the group photo's will be available in the print shop. Other souvenirs, such as mousepads with group or other photos, will be available in the printshop as well. Every year, about 8000 images capturing the atmosphere are shot. You can take a peek in our online photo-album (Flickr).

Internet corner

Since the 50th Festival the Apple User Group MacLimburg has been active on the festival, providing an internet corner equipped with the latest iMac configurations. Consequently, visitors have unlimited access to the internet, free of charge. This way, they can stay in contact with friends and family at home, e-mail, chat, lookup information, view festival photos and much more. Feel free to drop by. Moreover, the members of this computer club record the festival on various media: group photos, capturing the atmosphere and particularly the jury concerts on film. This way, the Festival remains a lasting memory for both you and us.
