Formula 1: Stay from 29/04/2011 until 02/05/2011
Formula 1 consists of:
- three nights
- hot dinner on 29/04/2011
- full board on 30/04/2011 and 01/05/2011
- breakfast on 02/05/2011
- one programme booklet per participant
- one festival badge per participant
- free entrance to the opening spectacle and the firework on 29/04/2011
- participation in the jury concert
- free entrance to all other jury concerts
- free entrance to workshops (after subscription) and/or other concert
- free participation in the evening happening on 30/04/2011; as participant or as visitor
- free participation in the farewell party on 01/05/2011, incl. 1 free consumption
- free use of the "hop on hop off' bus, a bus service between the different jury locations
We offer the following possibilities:
A. Stay in a bungalow park (Molenheide) => +/- 30 km from Neerpelt
- a. With overnight stay in a "economy type" bungalow (www.molenheide.be)
- b. With 1x per day free access to the local covered swim paradise
- c. With 1x per weekend access to the play paradise
B. Stay in a holiday village (f.i. Blauwe Meer, Parelstrand,...) => +/- 15 km from Neerpelt
C. Stay in a group accommodation (shared sleeping and washing facilities => 1 to 10 km from Neerpelt
D. Host family => 1 to 10 km from Neerpelt. Host families are considered as festival volunteers and are not paid for their cooperation to the festival. That's why the places in host families are limited. The shortage of host families is made up by accommodating these participants in group accommodations.

(*) with a maximum of € 250 and a minimum of € 75 per ensemble. For music organizations who wish to participate in several ensembles, consisting of different persons, following maximum prices are set:
- The first ensemble: maximum € 250 - minimum € 75
- The second ensemble: maximum € 150 - minimum € 75
- The third and all following ensembles: maximum € 125 - minimum € 75
Persons who participate in several ensembles, only pay the participation price once.
Important notes:
The organizing committee, when assigning the final accommodation, takes into account your selected preference as well as the accommodation’s availability.
All participants must bring their own towels and sheets and/or sleeping bags. Otherwise they will have to make reservations and pay the rent themselves.
Accommodation and meals will only be provided for the numbers stated on the application form. Changes must be reported to the secretary by letter, e-mail of fax before the 15th of March 2011.
The festival accommodates bus drivers together with the rest of the group, in the same accommodation. We provide a separate room but no separate living unit. It’s possible that sanitary facilities have to be shared with others. If bus drivers object this and demand a separate accommodation, a supplement will be charged. The amount of this supplement depends on the price and availability of the accommodation and will be determined as soon as the demand has reached the festival secretariat (before March 15th 2011 at the latest).
At arrival in Neerpelt, all participating groups will be demanded to subscribe a responsability form. Hereby all costs related to damages caused by participants and costs covering extra expenses while not complying to local regulations will be redressed.
